New Indigenous Designs Organic Cotton Collection arrives to Jute and Jackfruit!

New additions to our Indigenous Designs Spring 09 collection just arrived to Jute and Jackfruit and we are so excited, because they are just in time for the warmer weather!
Between the radiant citrines, yummy pinks and cool “ice” tones, this Spring’s tempting color palette is sure to satisfy anyone’s eco-fashion desires. A few of our fun, whimsical favorites:
The beautifully handcrafted 100% certified organic cotton Crochet Dress, (featured top) in either Shadow Black or Navy Blue, is made by indigenous women in Peru through Indigenous’ Fair Trade cooperatives. This dress has crochet detail around the neckline and a tie waist to allow for the perfect fit to any body. Wear along to the beach or with a pair of shorts or pants. Very comfortable and soft.

Indigenous’ Citrine Tunic top makes one wearing it feel like a goddess. The loose bunched fit and doubled-layered front allows for comfort. Made from incredibly soft certified organic cotton. Perfect for a day at the beach or a night on the town.

The Cross Back Tank pairs well with the Shirred Hoody in Sprout for a colorful outfit, preparing you for the summer sun and a windy walk on the beach. The Cross Bank Tank has a charming hand sewn flower detail on the back making it unique, comfortable, and ethical.

And last but not least, the Pearl Tank in Wave is a refreshing piece of design. This hand woven light Spring tank made from extremely soft certified organic cotton is very versatile. The detailed neckline is classy and chic.
