Jump for Mother (Nature): Itsus Design-centric Organic Cotton Tees come to Jute and Jackfruit

Jute & Jackfruit would like to welcome Itsus Tees to our collection. Itsus debuted this season in America and Europe after several years in development. A Canadian company, Itsus is 100% devoted to being environmentally conscious. Known as Itsus System Green, they use only 100% certified organic cotton fabrics for their short and long sleeve tees.

Itsus’ fabrics are certified to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), at all stages of processing: from the growing of the cotton through spinning, dying and finishing. GOTS is the gold standard in organic textile certifications, and the standards also include requirements for fair labor at every step. While was just developed a couple years ago, it is the Gold Standard (most intensive requirements) in organic textile certifications that exist in the world today. GOTS also makes sure that absolutely no abusive labor practices are used with careful in field monitoring.

In addition to strict eco-requirements, Itsus designs are stunning. Silk-screened on both the front and back, the designs are simple yet add just the right amount of style to the form fitting Tees. Itsus’ uses images inspired by nature to grace each shirt with its own environmental message, thus the slogan: Jump for Mother.

Prioritizing quality and sustainability, Itsus balances beauty with longevity, creating a new kind of fashion that appears immune to seasonal obsolescence. The T-shirts are made in Morocco under close supervision by Itsus.
